A 1 day rental is up to 24 hours from the time you take the gear out of the store. SKI AND SNOWBOARD RENTALS ARE THE ONLY EXCEPTION. Ski and snowboard rentals include pick-up after 3:00pm the day before your rental and allow you to return the day after the rental before noon at no additional cost (we know the mountain is far away).

To rent any equipment, we require a piece of identification (driver’s license, photo identification card, passport, etc) and a security deposit on the gear while it is out of the store. The security deposits range in amounts based upon value of the gear and can be done with withdrawal on a debit card or a preauthorized amount on credit card. We DO NOT accept cash for security deposits.

Parking is available directly in front of the store for short term use only! For longer durations of time, you will need to find pay parking on the street or in one of the many City of Victoria parkades.

Yes, we strongly encourage you to reserve in order to avoid disappointment! All reservations are made with pre-payment of the rental and can be done either in-store or over the phone with a credit card. Some items need to be tried on before we can make a reservation (wetsuits, ski boots, etc.). During busy times of the year, come in to be properly sized in advance of when you need the equipment. This speeds up your pick-up process and guarantees we will have what you need when you need it!

No worries, we understand that plans and weather change without notice. Give us a phone call or pop by to let us know. If you give us 72 hours’ notice before your determined pick-up day and time, we can give you a full refund. Within 72 hours’ of pick-up, we can offer you an 80% refund OR a rental credit for the full amount that you can use another time.

Yes, all bike rentals include a helmet, lock, flat tire repair kit and a bike map. We are more than happy to help you plan a bike route that exceeds your expectations.

YES! We sell new skis, ski boots, bikes, paddle boards, wetsuits and much more. On occasion we do also sell off our rental inventory of bikes, skis, etc.

Absolutely! As Victoria’s premier ski shop, we have a full service shop. We offer sharpening, waxing, binding mounts and adjustments, boot fitting and much more.

No – all equipment rented must be returned within store hours.

Reservations

To avoid disappointment and to guarantee availability, reservations are recommended.
Reservations can be made over the phone, or in person.
All reservations require prepayment of the rental.
A security deposit is required on all rental items at pick up time.
To make a reservation, please call 250 385 7368 with your credit card information!

Cancellation Policy

72 hours (or 3 days) cancellation notice prior to pick up date/time is required for a full refund.
Less than 72 hours notice receives 80% refund or 100% rental credit to be used on any rental.
