Reservations
To avoid disappointment and to guarantee availability, reservations are recommended.
Reservations can be made over the phone, or in person.
All reservations require prepayment of the rental.
A security deposit is required on all rental items at pick up time.
To make a reservation, please call 250 385 7368 with your credit card information!
Cancellation Policy
72 hours (or 3 days) cancellation notice prior to pick up date/time is required for a full refund.
Less than 72 hours notice receives 80% refund or 100% rental credit to be used on any rental.
